Our Client is a big, international Bicycle Manufacturer on highest level. Their innovative Road Bikes are present in the UCI World Tour. For further product improvements, we are currently looking for an experienced Technical & Innovation Leader Road Bikes.

Your Mission:
Setting up the Innovation plan for all product ranges in terms of roadmap, means & routines, and allocating budget as needed
Build an efficient and cooperative approach with innovative partners, both internal and external
Accelerate digital chain and eco-design deployment
Accelerate the reduction of sport’s environmental impact
Building an A level team driven by performance, passion for product creation and innovation (additional recruitments to be expected: 2 developers, 1 tooling leader)
Define the role, skills and KPIs of the Advanced Product Engineer Job
Set up a COOPERATION-CONSISTENCY-CONQUEST mindset and the appropriate routines for your team as well as within the bikes ecosystem and the other ecosystems via your technical director for other products.
Your Profile:
10 to 15 years of experience, preferably in the International Bike Industry in PM, Engineering or Product Design in a technical leadership role within an inspiring brand and with global scope
Experience with International Suppliers and Supply Chains
A highly technical dimension (Outdoor or Sport Performance for example) is required as well as significant exposure to Eco-Design challenges (carbon impact, circularity, regenerative business model)
A demonstrated competency in digital chain implementation is also a pre-requisite
Proven know-how and expert level skills in physical & digital bikes in terms of product design, engineering and innovation
Strategic project management skills and capacity to plan and deploy large-scale multi-country, multi-language transformations
Experienced Leader with responsibility for a team and a budget.
Experience in recruiting and developing talents
Great ability to get things done, this mission involves a large number of players to be brought together
