Plan and Execute Sales and Business Development Strategies
Connect with the right contacts from the key e-bike industry players
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers and strategic partners
Building and leading EU wide Business Development & Sales team
Analyze and report the e-bike battery business development opportunities in the European market and give insights on ‘what’s next’ to the HQ
5+ years experience in bicycle industry OEM Sales
Strong network in the European bicycle industry
Good Understanding of Technical Products
Great (new) networking capabilities
Management skills and a proven record of leadership
Dedicated and goal-oriented person who welcomes challenges
Hands-On Mentality as well as Strategic Thinking Skills
Excellent English and good German skills, Dutch is a Plus
Excellent Communication Skills in general
Ability and Willingness to Travel
