OEM Sales Manager France & Benelux (m/f/d)

For our client, a well-known & highly innovative e-bike engine manufacturer that is used by the world's leading bicycle brands, we are looking for a OEM Sales Manager France & Benelux (m/f/d).


Purpose of the job:

Create and maintain a new network for information and communication flow both for customers to us and vice versa.

Regional responsibility in sales office / countries, in close  coordination with Head of Sales, Sales Coordinator & Projects leader, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Aftersales & Service, Product and Project management at our headquarters. 


Main Accountabilities:

  • Support and implement the definition of customers strategy, based on the agreed Sales Strategy

  • Lead and execute Regional Sales activities together with the customer for the different customer segmentations at the regional customer base

  •  Set up and definition, management and review of budgets, compare activities and results with the agreed and previously established budgets and take appropriate corrective measures

  • Pursue new and profitable business opportunities and Increase customer base within your Region (Bike OEMS) by proactive prospection per country

  • Define market demand and potential as well as technical trend and competitors analysis. Forward the information internally to the related internal organizations

  • Establish long term relationship to the customer (Bike OEMs & Distributors) and strengthen contact network within different organization levels and functions in order to be considered a strategic supplier of high technical competency and commercial competitiveness

  • Ensure the processing of customer (OEMs, Distributor and Retailers) complaints in collaborative work with Regional Service Center

  • Marketing Lead for the region:  Define the strategy plan and support the implementation of all the marketing activities related to Business requirements with OEMs, Distributors and retailers

  • Select, lead, motivate and develop the team  regarding the company's leadership principle

  • Support and implement the definition of customers strategy, based on the agreed Sales Strategy

  • Lead and execute Regional Sales activities together with the customer for the different customer segmentations at the regional customer base


What you bring in:


  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field

  • Min 3 years proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar senior sales role, preferably in bike industry & OEM focus

  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)

  • Good Understanding of the business

  • BIKE LOVER

  • Availability to travel as needed

  • Very good Dutch and English skills

  • Ability to Manage Contractual discussions

  • Online Business Knowledge B2B & B2C channels
