Our client is a manufacturer of a Premium Kit that converts any Bicycle into an E-bike in a few minutes through a lightweight and highly innovative device. To ensure further growth, we are currently recruiting an International Account Manager Sales & Partnerships.
A German GmbH exists, and the ideal candidate lives in Germany so a German work contract, company car, etc. will be provided. However, we are also open for other candidates living in Western Europe.
Mission of the role
Lead our B2B growth strategy, focusing on recruiting distributors and expanding the company’s international sales network across Western Europe and selected global markets.
Your Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, negotiate and onboard distributors in key markets
Create and manage a robust pipeline of distributor and strategic partnership opportunities
Lead commercial negotiations and partnership agreements
Represent the brand at major international trade shows, events and industry conferences
Report directly to CEO
Your Profile
Minimum 5 years of international sales, business development or int. partnership experience
Proven success building distributor networks and securing strategic commercial partnerships
Strong network of contacts within the Western European cycling and eBike industries Experience working with bicycle brands, cycling components, eBike systems or related
Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and results-oriented
Willingness to travel extensively throughout Western Europe and internationally
Fluent English is required; German, French, Dutch, Spanish or Italian are a strong advantage.
