Our client is a big player in the international bicycle industry owning several bike brands throughout all segments. To further strengthen the strong market position in Central Europe we create this new position as Senior Account Manager Netherlands (m/f/d).
Your main responsibilities
Full Responsibility to reach sales targets for the Dutch market
Implementation of our sales strategy
Acquiring new customers and maintaining trustworthy partnerships with our existing customers
Pro-Active Account Managing in your own region
Guide and Lead one Account Manager (for now)
Developing and taking care of our network
Participation at exhibition and events
Market knowledge and competition analysis
Permanent analysis of the region and effective reporting of risks and potentials
Your profile
Degree in economics or comparable
Experience in sales within the bicycle industry
Established dealer network in the Netherlands
Willingness to travel on a frequent basis. Valid drivers license is required
Experience in leading (small) teams
Customer oriented and motivated with excellent communication, organization, problem-solving skills & very hands-on
Team spirit, reliability and high level of initiative
Excellent Dutch and good English skills, German is a plus
Enthusiasm for premium bicycles from various categories
